The terms

Four terms.
No fine print.

The prices above are the whole story. These are the terms behind them, in the order you'll care about them.

Flat rate, not per seat

One number covers the operation. Field and crew accounts are unlimited on both plans, so putting every foreman and operator on the platform never moves the price.

No long-term contract

Monthly plans are month to month — cancel anytime, and your data leaves with you. Annual is optional; take the discount only if you want it.

We move you in

Hands-on onboarding is included, not a services invoice. We help carry your estimates, cost codes, vendors, and job history over from your current stack.

The price is the price

What each plan includes is listed on this page. No per-module add-ons, no "call for the good tier," and no invented enterprise sticker.

Leaving HCSS

We help you
move off the stack.

Nobody switches estimating and job-costing systems on a promise. Migration is staged so the numbers prove themselves before anything gets turned off.

STA 0+00

Bring your data

We help import your estimates, cost codes, vendors, and job history from your current systems — hands-on, with you, as part of onboarding.

STA 1+00

Run a job in parallel

Keep your current stack running while one live job goes through TradeFlo Pro end to end. The budgets, costs, and pay apps have to match before you trust it.

STA 2+00

Cut over when it's earned

Switch the rest of the operation on your schedule, not ours. And because there's no long-term contract, the door swings both ways.

Questions

Straight answers.

The things contractors ask us first, answered the way we'd want them answered.

What does TradeFlo Pro cost?

Core is $1,990 per month, or $19,900 per year billed annually. Full Platform is $3,990 per month, or $39,900 per year. Flat rates in USD — never per seat, and field and crew accounts are unlimited on both plans.

How does the annual discount work?

Annual plans are billed once a year: $19,900 for Core (against $23,880 if you paid monthly) and $39,900 for Full Platform (against $47,880). Both work out to about 17% off — roughly two months free.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans run for the year you've paid, then you choose again — nothing auto-locks you beyond that. Either way, if you leave, your data goes with you: estimates, job costs, pay apps, the lot.

What counts toward Core's 10 office users?

People who work in the office app — estimators, PMs, accounting, admins. Field and crew accounts (time clock, schedules, daily quantities on the mobile app) are unlimited on both plans and never count against the ten. If your office runs bigger than that, Full Platform is unlimited everywhere.

Which plan replaces HCSS?

Full Platform. That's the tier with estimating, WIP / SOV dashboards, cost reconciliation, advanced reports, and HCSS import — and hands-on migration off the HCSS stack is part of onboarding, not an extra invoice.

Which accounting systems do you sync with?

Sage 100 Contractor is live in production today and included on both plans. QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop adapters are built — write to us if that's your ledger. The platform is the source of truth and pushes to your accounting system: it adds and updates, it never deletes your accounting data.

Do you actually help us leave HCSS?

Yes, and it's part of onboarding, not a services invoice. We work with you to bring your estimates, cost codes, vendors, and job history in, then run a live job in parallel with your current stack so the numbers prove themselves before you switch anything off.
