Talk to the people who built it.
TradeFlo Pro is in early access, and support comes straight from the team writing the code. No tier-1 script, no ticket queue three layers deep — your message lands with someone who can open the codebase and fix the thing.
One address.
A human reads it.
Bugs, questions, onboarding, data imports — it all goes to the same place. Email works for anyone; once you're signed in, asking from inside the app is fastest because your message arrives with the job and screen already attached.
Email is the channel for now — there's no phone line or chat widget yet, on purpose. Fewer channels keeps the people who build the product doing the answering.
A good report includes
- Where you were. The job and the page or screen you had open.
- What you expected. The number, the behavior, the result you were after.
- What actually happened. A screenshot is worth ten sentences.
- How much it hurts. “Blocking payroll” gets handled differently than “cosmetic.”
From “it's broken”
to “it's fixed.”
The pre-launch deal is simple: you give up the formal SLA, and you get the shortest possible path between the person who found the problem and the person who can fix it.
Send it
Email [email protected] or write from inside the app. Plain words are fine — you don't need a template or a ticket number.
A builder reads it
No auto-triage, no canned first response. The person reading your message can pull up the code behind the screen you were on.
The fix ships
Pre-launch, we ship continuously — no quarterly release train. Bugs get fixed in place; good ideas go on the roadmap.
You hear back
We close the loop with what changed — or an honest “here's why not yet.” Either way, you're not left wondering.
Formal SLAs and a public help center arrive with launch. Until then there are no guaranteed response times — there's just a small team that reads everything.
Onboarding is hands-on.
New companies aren't handed a manual and wished luck. We help move your estimates, cost codes, vendors, and job history in, connect your accounting system, and get the first crew clocking in on the mobile app.
Write to [email protected] to set it up, or start with the workflow overview to see how the pieces fit.
What you're signing up for.
TradeFlo Pro is pre-launch. That means fixes and features ship continuously, you have a direct line to the team, and your feedback genuinely shapes the roadmap. It also means no formal SLAs yet — and the occasional rough edge.
If that trade reads right, start free and see it on your own jobs.
Practical questions.
Accounts, data, security — the things people ask before they write in.
AccountsHow do I sign in?
TradeFlo Pro uses Microsoft sign-in — you log in with your work Microsoft account, so there's no separate password to manage. Early-access companies are set up by hand: if you've just signed up and can't get in yet, that's us finishing your company's setup. Write to support and we'll confirm when it's ready.
AccountsHow do I add my team?
Admins add users from inside the app and assign each one a role. Field crews don't need email accounts — workers clock in on the mobile app with a PIN, and their time flows to payroll like everyone else's.
AccountsWho can see the financials?
Access is role-based and default-deny. Owners and office roles see margin, billing, and pay applications; project managers and field roles see the cost side of their jobs and nothing more. And nobody sees another company's data, ever.
DataCan you import what we already have?
Yes — that's most of what onboarding is. Estimates, bid history, cost codes, vendors, employees, and job history can be brought in, and we do the heavy lifting with you rather than handing you a CSV template. Tell us what system it's coming out of and we'll tell you what carries over.
DataWhich accounting systems does it sync with?
Sage 100 Contractor is live today. Adapters for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop are built as well — write in about your setup. The platform is designed as the source of truth: sync adds and updates records in your ledger, it never deletes them.
SecurityHow is our data protected?
Each company's data is isolated at the database level — row-level security enforced by the database itself, not just the application — so one company can never read another's records. Inside your company, financial data is additionally gated by role, and traffic is encrypted in transit.
SecurityHow do I report a security issue?
Email [email protected] with “Security” in the subject line. It goes to the engineers directly — and we'd genuinely rather hear about a false alarm than miss a real one.
SupportIs there a phone number or live chat?
Not yet. Pre-launch, email and in-app messages are the channels — it keeps the people building the product doing the answering. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line and lead with what's blocked.
Ask the people
who built it.
One email reaches the whole team. Or start free and poke at the platform yourself — it's the fastest way to get your real questions answered.
